BOARD-CERTIFIED IN PLASTIC AND RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY

After graduating from the University of Illinois in Urbana with a BS in biochemistry, Michael Kelly, M.D. continued at the University of Illinois College of Medicine for medical school. He received his MD in 1980. He then did a five-year general surgery residency at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, and passed the General Surgery Board Certification exam. After Chicago, Dr. Kelly moved to Nottingham, England, to begin his plastic surgery training at Nottingham City Hospital, where he trained for 6 months. Upon completion in Nottingham, he went to the University of Miami to complete his two-year plastic surgery residency under Ralph Millard Jr., MD, who is known as one of the fathers of modern plastic surgery. Dr. Kelly practiced in Miami from 1992-2022 at Miami Plastic Surgery, the practice he founded.

He and his wife Ilyse live in Reynolds Lake Oconee and have two children. Emma is a general surgery resident in Memphis and Michael Jr. is an architect in NYC. Dr. Kelly and his wife are extremely active and enjoy golf, boating, tennis, and travel.

Emily, a proud native of Atlanta, Georgia, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Georgia. Her journey into the aesthetic industry began when her family ventured into cosmetic distribution and skincare, igniting her passion for the field. With over 7 years of aesthetic experience, Emily is always prepared to address any patient inquiries. Her role involves overseeing daily office operations and upholding the highest standards of care. She adeptly handles patient concerns to ensure an exceptional experience. Emily's enthusiasm for the medical/aesthetics industry aligns seamlessly with the professionalism and innovation of our organization. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and cherishing moments with her daughter and French bulldog.

Jenn Cobbs is a highly accomplished and board-certified Physician Associate, boasting a rich career spanning over 18 years. With a specific focus in the aesthetics industry for more than a decade, she has honed her expertise and currently serves as a National Trainer for Allergan Aesthetics since 2017.

Her professional repertoire includes a comprehensive range of aesthetic services, encompassing both facial and body treatments. Jenn's skill set includes administering Neurotoxin, Dermal Fillers, PRFM, Sculptra, Radiesse, and PDO Threads. She places a strong emphasis on patient experience, striving for facial balance and natural-looking results, which has become her trademark in the field.

Recognized as a highly sought-after trainer and a Key Opinion Leader in the aesthetics industry, Jenn's commitment and skill were further highlighted in 2023 when she achieved the top 4% in utilization among Allergan Trainers in the United States. Her dedication to excellence in aesthetics and patient care continues to set her apart as a leader in her field.

As a highly skilled and dedicated provider, with nearly 4 years of experience in facial rejuvenation and corrective procedures, her goal as your Aesthetician is to enhance your natural beauty, help you achieve your skin goals, and most importantly restore confidence. She comes to the great city of Atlanta from a small town called Dalton, GA, and is eager to meet new faces and create beautiful transformations! With a results-driven mindset, she is committed to building a customized treatment plan to help each and every one of her patients achieve long-term solutions.

Kayla is a licensed aesthetician with six years of experience. She began her journey at Kennesaw State University, studying business management and administration, before her passion for beauty and skincare took center stage.

She possesses comprehensive expertise in skincare services including Microneedling, Chemical Peels, PRP, Body Contouring, HydraFacials, and, of course, SkinCeuticals.

Kayla takes immense pride and joy in the beauty and skincare industry. She finds fulfillment in building trust with her patients, educating them on skin anatomy, providing personalized consultations, and teaching them how to care for their skin. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels beautiful, confident, and excited about their experience at SkinLab Atlanta.

Shana is a dedicated member of our Patient Concierge Team. She is a former elementary school teacher who decided to pivot and pursue her passion of aesthetics in 2022. Shana worked at the Upper East Side SkinLab in NYC and transitioned to the Midtown SkinLab in Atlanta to live closer to family. She has a genuine enthusiasm for the transformative power of SkinCeutical products, and finds great joy in meeting new clients and fostering long-term, positive relationships with returning SkinLab members.

Deseret is a Patient Concierge for SkinLab Atlanta. She has been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years & can’t wait to continue to grow with SkinLab. She’s always loved to watch the faces of clients who walk out extremely happy & satisfied with their treatments & are always coming back wanting more.
